Mission

The Gemmer Group Home is an organization that aims at providing an integrated quality services to people with developmental disabilities. It proposes to become a modern organization that focus on making life to service-receivers comfortable from all accounts and elevate their dignity and well-being. To this end, it will employ all modern and best practices of caregiving through well trained and motivated staff and cooperate with all the stakeholders who have the delivery of excellent caregiving at heart.

Vision

Our individuals will achieve more in life skills by structured routine and well trained and motivated staff. Our vision is to bridge the gap between these relationships by transparency and an atmosphere where the individual’s well-being sets precedent. We continually create a place where we share our vision with our staff and others on our team so that we can deliver the best quality services and practices as a team. We achieve this vision by keeping our Direct Support Professionals involved in all aspects of the treatment of our Individuals and teaching them how to actively engage our Individuals new skills, and concepts that will give each Individual a sense of pride and heighten their esteem.
